Each of our events is designed to be a relaxed, inclusive experience where the focus is on exploring fascinating topics—no prior knowledge required, and no question too silly! Hosted in cozy bars and cafés across Stockholm, our gatherings bring together like-minded individuals in a space where learning feels social, not formal.

What happens in Lectures in Jeans?You are welcome to check in 30 minutes before, to mingle with the other guests and get yourself snacks and drinks. After that, one of our amazing speakers will hold a talk for 40-60 minutes. At the end of the lecture you will be able to ask them questions.

Where do the events take place?We vary between different locations in central Stockholm. Don't have concrete plans to visit Stockholm? Stay tuned, we plan to expand our events to other cities in Sweden!

Do I need to buy tickets?To be able to attend our events you need to have a ticket purchased online on our website. We do not sell tickets at the door. The venues we are collaborating with reserve their premises for us and no other guests will have access to during our events, so that all of our customers will get a seat.

How do I buy tickets?Tickets can be purchased through our website.

Are there non-alcoholic options?Alcohol is not a must at our events! Our partners offer both snacks and non-alcoholic options. In some events you may be able to purchase coffee, tea and desserts.

How can I become a speaker at your events?How great that you interested in sharing your your knowledge or your life story! Please contact us at info@lecturesinjeans.com and tell us more about yourself, your experience in giving talks, and a brief description of what your lecture would contain.

In what languages will the lectures be held?Some of the lectures will be held in English, and some in Swedish. Information on this will be provided in advance, on the event page.
